On making this purchase, You (the consumer) understand that you are entering a contract with TRcards, 58 Exeter Road, Croydon, CR0 6EG, trading as TRcards ("We", "Us" and "Our") with an obligation to pay to receive goods as purchased.
We may make enhanced checks to protect against credit card fraud. This includes only accepting delivery to Your billing address. Please do not attempt to make a purchase to an alternative address as this will likely be cancelled. (This is due to Protection rules enforced by Paypal, sorry if this causes any inconvenience!)
All prices are listed in GBP - United Kingdom Pounds and include all necessary taxes payable in the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, or can be viewed in detail on the Shipping page. For the avoidance of doubt, the rate charged at checkout is the prevailing rate.
All Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe, this ensures that your payment details remain secured by the highest level security and provides additional buyer protections.
You have a right to withdraw at any time prior to dispatch. We will do our best to retrieve an item which may have been packaged ready for collection, but as we endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible after an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel any order. You can cancel on receipt of the goods should You still wish to cancel after this point.
You can choose to cancel any goods, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us by email of your intent to cancel and we will provide details for the return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. You must ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as received by You as You are liable for the goods until they are accepted by Us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds, or deduct a proportionate amount, for any goods which have been opened or used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and function on arrival (for example, opening an enclosing box would be acceptable (unless it's a sealed presentation box), but opening an individual booster pack to see the cards inside would not be acceptable. Generally it is accepted that you should only do what you could reasonably do in a physical retail store.)
You are liable for any costs incurred in returning the goods to Us, unless the goods received are faulty, damaged or mis-described.
We will only refund the basic shipping costs if you choose to cancel, except in the case where goods are faulty, damaged or mis-described where we will refund the full shipping cost.
If you find that any item is not as described, damaged or faulty, you should contact us immediately. After 3 working days have passed from delivery, you are deemed to have accepted that the goods received are correct and we will no longer accept any claims of incorrect, faulty or damaged items.
In the event that an item is defective due to manufacturing fault (i.e. a card or multiple cards are misprinted) we would only be able to replace the pack itself not the individual affected cards. It would likely be better to directly contact The Pokemon Company and use their support tool to log a misprint where they will replace individual cards or equivalently rare cards should the packs be out of print.
For the avoidance of doubt, the date of delivery is the point at which courier delivers to Your address, or to a registered safe place (e.g. a neighbour, concierge or locker).
All items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been made, typically most will be next working day. Where an order is made over the weekend, the earliest dispatch to a courier is likely Monday. Last collection time for our couriers is 5pm on working days only.
Individual Cards are shipped in rigid card-backed envelopes, and Holo cards or rarer will be packed within card sleeves and high value cards will be supplied in a semi-rigid top loader. Larger purchases may be split into multiple envelopes or sent in a box. Any package with a high value card will be sent with full tracking.
In the event of goods going missing on their way to you, we reserve the right to resend the goods (subject to availability) to you rather than offer a refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate, as we cannot be held liable for couriers being unable to make delivery due to incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses.
We cannot be held liable for any delays to shipping nor any subsequent losses you may make by a missed delivery deadline. In the event that you have paid for an express delivery service which has not attempted to deliver within their guaranteed delivery estimate (e.g. guaranteed next day delivery), then we will offer a you a credit note for the cost of shipping.
International Shipping may be subject to local taxes or duties on arrival at Your Country or State border. Please check if this is the case prior to making an order as we cannot be held liable for any additional charges which may be levied on You. International Packages requiring Customs Declaration will ship with the total invoice amount. This is required for insurance purposes in the unlikely event the package were to go missing.
All our stock comes direct from official Pokemon Company distributors, so will be genuine items.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities purchased by individual, address or per order. We may also restrict purchases by PayPal account or via Stripe's fraud control and filtering systems. Notification will be made should limits be made to an existing order. TRcards, however, reserve the right to cancel any order without warning or notification. In these circumstances, a full refund will be made for any goods not sent.
All goods listed on this website should be treated as an invitation to buy, and You by making an order is an offer to purchase. TRcards has the option to accept or decline any offer. In the event we do not wish to accept an offer to buy, we will notify you as soon as practicable and refund any funds taken.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is up to date and correct, however errors may occur. We cannot be held liable for any misprints, pricing errors, or incorrect information and shall reserve the right to cancel any such orders.
You can use PayPal's Resolution Centre. PayPal has strict timeframes for buyers and sellers to reach an agreement, and can make a final decision if necessary. You can find a link to the Resolution Centre in the Help section of your PayPal account. If you paid via Stripe, you can contact your bank if you wish to continue disputing the payment.
