  • When will my cards be shipped?

    Generally most items will be shipped next business day. Our couriers collect at 5pm on business days, so bearing in mind your order needs to be printed, packed and dispatched, the earlier in the day an order is placed, the more likely it'll go out same day! If you've preordered an item, it will be despatched for delivery on or after the official release date. We don't receive new releases until a day or two before, so we can't guarantee that you'll get items on release day - but we'll try our best!

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping to mainland UK is free when you spend over £50 in one transaction. Everything else depends on what you order, so our website will work out your options at checkout. If you want to try to work it out yourself, take a look at our Shipping page.

  • Do you ship to me?

    We will ship to the UK and mainland USA. Obviously international shipping is pricey - we don't make any profit on the shipping! Any deliveries outside of the UK will incurr custom duties and local taxes. We cannot calculate them for you, and you are responsible for any charges which are imposed. If our website won't allow you to select your location, drop us an email and we'll work out the charges for you.

  • Why will you only ship to my billing address?

    For security reasons, we can only ship to your billing address. This is due to the Buyer and Seller protection policies set by Paypal. The same checks are made by our payment processors too to prevent credit card fraud.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment via PayPal or Stripe (which includes Apple Pay). Both PayPal and Stripe accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • Are your payments secure?

    Of course! Our whole website is encrypted with SSL security. Plus your payment details remain between you and the payment processor. We don't receive any of the details of your payment, only whether it was successful or not!

  • Do your prices include all taxes etc?

    All of our prices are in GBP and include all applicable taxes in the UK. Any deliveries outside of the UK will incurr custom duties and local taxes. We cannot calculate them for you, and you are responsible for any charges which are imposed. Any customs declarations made by us will include the full value of the items for insurance purposes.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Of course, provided we've not dispatched any of your items. Just drop us an email and we'll be happy to cancel an order for you. If the items have already been dispatched and handed to the courier, then you'll have to wait for delivery and then start a return.

  • Can I make a return?

    Sure! We want you to be happy, so if you've changed your mind, then just send us an email within 14 days of delivery and we'll let you know what to do. We can only accept unopened, unused and undamaged items. Please ensure that you fully inspect the package when you receive it before accepting it, or if you do accept a damaged package (or it was left in a safe place) ensure you take photos before opening the package. We will only accept claims of damage, incorrect or missing items within 3 days of delivery.

  • Will I have to pay for the return?

    We'll happily pay for return postage if the item was delivered damaged, defective or if they're significantly not as described and refund any delivery costs you paid. For any other reason you will need to return the items at your own cost, and we will not refund any postage charges paid to send the items to you initially. Please ensure you adequately insure any return packages as we cannot accept liability for any goods until we accept the deliver and they are in our possession.
